Our page accepts payment via VISA or Mastercard. If you don’t own a VISA or Mastercard, we also accept prepayment via wirestransfer. If so, please email us your order and we will send you all necessary information.

PAYMENT WITH CARD


We offer payment with VISA or Mastercard. Payment is made instantly on the web. All information is encrypted through TellusPay/Samport. Observe that the shippingaddress needs to be the same as the cards address.

What is a securitycode CVV2/CVC2)
To increase the safety. You as a customer are requested to state the 3 last numbers which are printed in the signaturefield on the backside of the card. CVV2 is VISAs name and CVC2 is Mastercards name. On the market it’s called security code or security number. This code is sent to the cardcompany for verification.

Where do I find the code?
On Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard you will find the code, which is the last 3 numbers, in the signature field on the backside of the card. See picture below.

Why do I need to state this code?
To increase the safety. These numbers are randomly selected by the cardcompany and are only allowed to be used as a verification when purchasing online. If you want to know more about the code, please contact your bank or cardcompany.

Verified By Visa

Verified by Visa is Visas productverification of the 3 D-Secure standard for secure identification of a cardcustomer when purchasing on the internet. Cardcompanies who offer their cardcustomers this service will be able to identify and verify the identity of the customer in a secure way. The cardcustomer is linked to the cardcompany and will state their username and password.

WAY OF DELIVERY
Normally we deliver your order with MyPack, International DPD or via postoffice. Orders are usually dispached within 24 hours.

DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORT
Please always check your delivery upon arrival. Any damages should be reported to the shippingcompany immediately. If you collect your package at the postoffice, please report the damage there. Thereafter please take contact with us.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to return ordered faultless products. You need to notify us, no more than 14 days after delivery, via mail info@streetify.com or via post Streetify.se C/o International DJ Service, Sveavägen 139, SE-113 46 Stockholm, Sweden.

The message should include the following information; 1) invoicenumber 2) name of the products you want to return. The goods you want to return must be unused, undamaged and in original packing. Return the products together with a copy of the invoice. Please write down the cause of the return on the backside of the invoice. The customer needs to pay the shipping of the return. The return needs to be in our hands within 7 days from that the order is cancelled. All products that are sent back needs to be in original bag, plastic or box. If you are returning footwear, then put the shoebox into another box or bag. Don’t put any addresslabel directly on any original packaging/box. If so we can not refund the whole amount.

RIGHT TO EXCHANGE GOODS
If you want to change a product it needs to be returned within 14 days from arrival. The product needs to be unused and undamaged in original package. You can of course try clothing or footwear on to see that they fit. Underwear can not be changed. Customer pays the shipping when exchanging a product. The customer is also responsible for the shippingrisk between customer and Streetfiy.com. If the products have a high value, we recommend to insure the package before sending it. All products that are sent back needs to be in original bag, plastic or box. If you are returning footwear, then put the shoebox into another box or bag. Don’t put any addresslabel directly on any original packaging/box. If so we can not refund the whole amount.
